Coachella Lakes RV Resort, located in California, has released its schedule of activities for Labor Day weekend, featuring family-friendly events, recreational tournaments and a back-to-school supply drive benefiting a foster home shelter from Sept. 4 through Sept. 6.
The holiday weekend programming includes activities scheduled throughout the three-day period, with the resort hosting an ongoing Back-to-School Supply Drive for a foster home shelter alongside a fishing tournament that will run all weekend.
Events begin Friday, Sept. 4, with an Honor System Putting Tournament at 9 a.m., followed by a Foosball Tournament at 1 p.m. The evening concludes with a Dive-In Movie Night featuring The Parent Trap at 8 p.m.
Saturday’s schedule includes a Pup Cup Social at 9 a.m., a DIY Lake Lantern activity at 11 a.m. and a Wild Tie Dye session at 2 p.m. Guests can also participate in a Water Balloon Toss beginning at 3:30 p.m. The day’s activities conclude with a Lake Lantern Release at 7:30 p.m.
The Labor Day weekend lineup is part of programming at Coachella Lakes RV Resort, which is operated by CRR Hospitality as part of its America 250 – Better Together initiative.
Located near Interstate 10, the resort offers 351 full-hookup RV sites designed to accommodate big-rig travelers, along with fully furnished one- and two-bedroom cottages.
Resort amenities include five lakes, two swimming pools, an 18-hole putting course, pet-friendly accommodations and 5G Wi-Fi service.
According to the resort, its location near the Dillon Road exit provides convenient access for travelers moving between Los Angeles, Phoenix and other destinations across the Southwest.
The property offers both pull-through and back-in RV sites, with an easy-in, easy-out layout intended to accommodate overnight stays as well as extended visits.
In addition to its RV sites, the resort offers vacation rental cottages and recreational amenities designed for guests seeking either short-term stopovers or multi-day stays in the Coachella Valley.
The property also highlights its proximity to Coachella festivals, Joshua Tree and Palm Springs while offering on-site amenities including lakes, pools and a putting course.
