RoverPass, a provider of campground reservation and management softwarre, will participate in two regional outdoor hospitality events in April, including exhibiting at the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO) Spring Meeting & Trade Show and the Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo, where CEO Ravi Parikh is scheduled to lead a breakout session.
The company’s presence spans events in Conroe, Texas, on April 21–22, and Orlando, Florida, from April 28 to May 1, positioning RoverPass to engage with campground owners and operators across the Southwest and Southeast.
The TACO Spring Meeting & Trade Show, held at the Lone Star Convention & Expo Center in Conroe, is described as the largest gathering of RV park and campground operators in the Southwest.
The two-day event includes education sessions, legislative updates, and a trade show floor featuring industry vendors.
RoverPass representatives will be present at the Texas event to meet with operators and discuss its reservation and management platform.
“These two events represent a significant stretch of the country for outdoor hospitality, from the Southwest to the Southeast,” said Melisa Chang, marketing director at RoverPass.
“Being present in both markets gives us the chance to hear directly from the owners and operators we build for. Those conversations are invaluable,” Chang added.
The company will then attend the Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, where Parikh will speak on April 30 at 2 p.m.
His session, titled “Winning the Digital Guest: Understanding How Today’s RVers Search, Compare, and Book,” will focus on how online travel agencies influence campground discovery and booking behavior.
“There is a lot of confusion in the industry about what role OTAs actually play in a guest’s decision to book,” said Ravi Parikh, CEO and founder of RoverPass.
“The booking path most travelers follow is more nuanced than it appears, and understanding it gives owners real leverage. That is what this session is about, cutting through the noise and giving operators something actionable they can use immediately,” Parikh added.
According to the company, the session will present data-backed strategies aimed at helping operators improve visibility and increase direct bookings.
