Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), a U.S.-based developer of AI-driven gaming solutions, introduced a new software platform called QCI RV at the Indian Gaming Association Tradeshow this week. The platform is designed to integrate RV park operations with broader casino management systems, creating a unified approach to guest services.
Historically, RV parks at casino properties operated largely as standalone facilities. QCI RV aims to reposition these parks by linking RV stays directly to casino loyalty programs and offering resort-style amenities.
The platform supports services such as mobile food delivery, housekeeping for trailers, and digital check-in processes. It also uses AI to adjust pricing for RV slips dynamically based on guest demand.
Industry data indicates that RV travelers often stay longer than standard day visitors and may have higher discretionary income. This has encouraged operators to use integrated software to track guest activity across gaming, dining, and retail outlets.
Andrew Cardno, chief technology officer of QCI, told European Gaming, “RV is the new VIP experience. With QCI RV, we’re helping properties transform RV parks into fully integrated, high-value revenue engines, optimizing not just occupancy, but total guest spend across the entire property.”
The launch aligns with ongoing digital transformation efforts in tribal gaming. Other properties, including Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, have adopted similar unified data platforms in recent months.
QCI has previously developed the QCI AGI Platform, an AI system that combines player development, marketing, and gaming operations with real-time analytics. Its software is currently deployed in more than 300 casino resorts across North America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Latin America, and The Bahamas.
For operators in the outdoor hospitality sector, tools like QCI RV highlight opportunities to leverage data-driven technology to enhance guest experiences and potentially increase revenue from ancillary services, including extended-stay accommodations.
