OHI will host the second annual OHIConnect workshop March 31, at Jellystone Park Watts Bar Lake in Loudon, Tennessee, giving RV park and campground owners a hands-on forum for peer learning and business growth.
Following a successful pilot last year, the spring event aims to help operators navigate rising costs, boost revenue, and sharpen strategic planning for the upcoming season.
Registration is now open.
The two-day workshop begins with a networking evening and light dinner on Monday, March 30, allowing attendees to meet and exchange ideas before diving into full-day sessions on March 31.
Workshop topics will include revenue growth strategies, operational efficiencies, staffing optimization, and marketing tools to improve performance.

“One thing that I take away from every experience is that I’m always re-ignited with passion for the industry, guest experience and making my campground the best it can be. That’s what OHI Connect gave me,” said Angie Shunk, owner of Sleepy Hollow Campground. “Every time I attend an OHI event it sparks my passion a little more… I’m reminded that there are solutions for all the problems we encounter.”
Participants can also join an optional morning session on Wednesday, April 1, from 7:30 a.m. to noon for deeper, small-group work. These sessions will cover SWOT analysis frameworks, retail and merchandising strategies, and ways to enhance the guest experience, providing practical applications for operators’ businesses.
OHIConnect is designed as a high-touch, operator-focused program blending strategic thinking with practical execution.
Facilitated discussions, interactive exercises, and peer-driven insights aim to help campground operators address today’s operational and growth challenges.
Lodging and camping are available onsite at Jellystone Park Watts Bar Lake, with special rates for attendees who reserve by March
