American Technology Components Appoints Jordan Hesters as Chief Financial Officer

American Technology Components (ATC) has appointed Jordan Hesters as its new chief financial officer, positioning the company to continue its growth in the RV, marine, and specialty vehicle markets.

Hesters, who joined the company in 2021 and most recently served as controller, brings experience in financial management and strategic planning that leadership says will support ATC’s next phase of expansion.

In his previous role as controller, Hesters enhanced financial processes, strengthened budgeting strategies, and ensured compliance across operations.

“His ability to combine strong financial discipline with forward-thinking strategy has made a lasting impact on how we grow and serve our customers,” the company states in a press release.

As CFO, Hesters will oversee financial planning and operations while guiding ATC’s investment in technology, talent, and infrastructure.

Hesters’ promotion aligns with the company’s strategy to maintain sustainable growth while supporting innovation across its markets.

“Jordan’s leadership will play an important role in ensuring our financial strategies support our customers’ next generation of products,” the company said. “His leadership will play an important role in ensuring our financial strategies align with those goals and keep ATC positioned for sustainable growth.”

For more than three decades, the company has developed and manufactured electronics, components, and accessories for automotive and recreational vehicles. This includes lighting, controls, wiring harnesses, and power management solutions for original equipment manufacturers, suppliers, upfitters, and aftermarket brands across North America.

According to its website, the company’s electrical, mechanical, and software engineers specialize in transforming component and system concepts into fully functional products, working as a unified team to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The company has also expanded both manufacturing capabilities and product development efforts to meet growing demand for integrated electronic systems.

“This focus on innovation has helped us strengthen relationships with long-standing OEM customers while opening new opportunities in emerging vehicle and marine applications,” the company adds.
