2025 RVDA Convention to Feature 30+ Vendor Training Sessions on AI, Compliance, and Sales Strategies

More than 30 Vendor Training +Plus sessions are scheduled for the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, giving dealership professionals a chance to explore the latest technologies, operational strategies, and service tools from leading industry providers.

The annual event will take place Nov. 10–14 at Paris Las Vegas.

Organized by the RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, the training sessions are designed to support key areas of dealership operations.

Topics include fraud prevention, compliance, tax law updates, lithium power upgrades, and evolving marketing practices shaped by artificial intelligence.

“The 2025 Vendor Training +Plus lineup covers several critical areas of dealership operations — ranging from fraud prevention and compliance to cutting-edge power solutions, tax strategies, and sales training,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.

“These one-hour sessions also spotlight the transformative role of AI in operations, marketing, and customer engagement, giving dealers the tools they need to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace,” Ingrassia added.

Fraud and cybersecurity will be addressed in sessions such as “From Lead to Loss” by 700Credit and “Building and Exercising Your Information Security Incident Response Plan” by Accelerate2Compliance.

American Guardian Warranty Services (AGWS) will present on compliance issues under the current administration.

AI will be a major focus, with companies like InteractRV, KENECT, and Rapidious Inc. highlighting data-driven approaches to sales, service, and marketing. Sessions from Rollick Inc., LAHZO, and SearchLab Digital will showcase how AI is shaping customer engagement and dealership visibility.

Dealership operations and workflow improvement will be addressed in sessions led by Lightspeed DMS, Motility Software Solutions, and Vision Management Group.

DealerPRO RV Training, AppOne, and IDS will offer insights into sales processes and dealership–OEM partnerships.

The product and service lineup includes training on lithium power systems, solar installations, and 12V electronics, with sessions by Battle Born Batteries, Go Power! | Dometic, and ASA Electronics. CBIZ and Moss Adams will return with tax updates for 2025, while The Stanek-Haack Group at Morgan Stanley will present on long-term financial planning and exit strategies.

Marketing trends and digital sales techniques will also be discussed. RV Trader, Wheeler Advertising Inc., and RVUniverse will lead sessions on listing optimization, advertising strategies, and customer retention across the product lifecycle.

Additional workshops are expected to be announced by Huntington Bank, Performance Brokerage, and Secret Weapon Agency, further expanding the learning opportunities for attendees.

Beyond the training sessions, the RVDA Convention/Expo offers a platform for industry professionals to network with peers, meet with vendors, and explore new tools in the Expo hall. The event serves as a resource for dealership teams seeking to strengthen performance across departments, including sales, service, and fixed operations.
