RV Inn Style Resorts held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last May 25 in Woodland, Washington to celebrate the start of construction at the new location.
Co-owners Mike and Denise Werner, along with company Chief Executive Officer Matt Gagliasso, marketing director Nick Fleck, and the company sasquatch mascot, were all at the event, according to a report.
“I feel really good about it,” Mike said. “Woodland’s been a really good city. In fact, all the little cities where we’re putting these RV resorts in are loving what we’re doing. Estacada, Woodland, Kalama, and all the cities we’re coming into are loving our product and what we’re doing.”
He said the resorts cater to kids since it features go-carts, mini-golf, boat rentals, and fishing. He added that whatever activity their customers are looking for they got it covered.
Mike expects to start 22 more resorts by the end of the year. The couple has been working with Woodland over the last couple of years to secure the site they chose.
“It just came to fruition. We got the permits, and it’s shovel-ready now,” he said. “Our Estacada location is shovel-ready, so we got all our permits for that. And then Ridgefield RV resort will be breaking ground the second week of July.”
RV Inn Style Resorts also sponsors the amphitheater at Ridgefield and the RV Inn Style Convention Center, which he claims can accommodate 2,150 people. The company is also one of the primary sponsors of this year’s Clark County Fair.
“That’s what we’re all about is the community. Bringing fun to people’s lives is what we want to do,” Mike said.
The new RV resort will be located at 1860 and 1876 Belmont Loop in Woodland. Construction is set to start in the coming weeks.
