Business development expert Dom Zappia, a new speaker at the RVDA Convention/Expo, will host an education workshop on the digital marketing track, which will teach attendees methods and strategies to constantly convert sales when managing leads via the phone and internet.
As per a press release, the RV Dealers Convention and Expo will be held on November 7 to 11, 2022, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Dubbed “Putting the Development in BDC: Processes & Strategies that Work,” Zappia’s talk is scheduled on November 10 and will assist dealers in implementing internet lead cultivation processes and strategies, executing in-bound and out-bound phone call training tools, and developing phone-up handling processes and strategies.
Zappia is the Vice President of Operations at Relentless Dealer Services and is passionate about teaching and leading others. He has worked with over 100 top-performing RV, marine, and automotive dealerships around the country. While Dom specializes in F&I, he is experienced in heading the BDC and sales operations of a 30+ rooftop dealer group.
