Tiffin Group, Rollick Form Partnership To Improve Customer Experience and Online Inventory Shopping

Rollick, the leading technology company for customer engagement in the RV, Marine, and Powersports industries, and Tiffin Group, a family-owned Motorhome and Fifth Wheel manufacturer, have collaborated on an enterprise-wide marketing sales, inventory, and management solution that will enhance the shopping experience of customers.

The program allows Tiffin and Vanleigh customers to browse the entire dealer inventory, offering an online shopping experience similar to tiffinmotorhomes.com and vanleighrv.com, according to a press release.

Built on the GoRollick Marketplace, this website allows customers to sort dealer inventory closest to them, choose the type and model of RV of interest, browse the vehicle’s details and pictures of the vehicle at the dealership and request a quote from the dealer.

In addition, Tiffin Group has also implemented Rollick’s platform to handle the flow of leads to dealers. They also built an internal concierge and sales team that can assist customers in deciding on a coach or questions and dealer appointment scheduling.

“These programs are designed to create a connected experience for our dealer partners and end customers,” said Leigh Tiffin, President of the Tiffin Group. 

We’ve made investments in Rollick’s technology and added support staff to ensure every interaction with the customer is memorable and aids our dealer partners in sales and service operations.

Based on a survey of RV dealers conducted by the Truist Securities company in September, most dealers across the country categorize their current inventory as “heavy,” resulting in the need for additional channels to advertise and sell inventory.

A normal RV shopping experience typically begins at the manufacturer’s website, which allows customers to search and find out more about a product that is of interest and then visit an authorized dealer in their area to locate any available inventory.

“Rollick’s inventory and lead management program brings the shopping experience directly to customers where their research journey typically begins – on the OEM website,”  said Bernie Brenner Co-founder and CEO of Rollick.

In the first quarter of 2023, the Tiffin Group group of companies will continue to develop their programs by rolling out the Rollick Customers Satisfaction Measurement solution. It will constantly monitor and survey the sales of dealers and their product experiences during its first period of operation.
