Registration has opened for the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo in Fort Worth, Texas, scheduled for November 9-11, as the OHI unveils access to its flagship event for campground and RV park professionals.
The conference offers full registration for members and non-members, a Hosted Buyer Program at no cost for qualified decision makers from OHI member parks, and Expo Hall-only passes for attendees focused on the exhibit floor, positioning the event as a central hub for industry networking, education, and business development.
OHI members can register for full conference access for $499 through June 30, increasing to $649 on July 1 and $899 after September 30.
Non-member registration is $1,399. Expo-only passes start at $129 and increase later in the year, according to registration details released by OHI for OHCE 2026 event.
Before the conference, Sunday, November 8 features pre-conference programming including POW, the Prospective Owners Workshop, a half-day add-on for prospective or active buyers or builders of parks, and the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit hosted by OHI and Storable | Newbook, now in its fourth year and free to attend with limited seating.
Takeaway Tours, returning back by popular demand, return on Thursday, November 12, offering attendees an intimate behind-the-scenes look at local RV parks and campgrounds to observe operations and bring actionable “takeaways” back to their own businesses.
“The learning, the connections, the energy, it all starts at OHCE,” David Basler, OHI’s chief strategy officer, said in a press release. “What sets this event apart is what you simply can’t get anywhere else: sessions and workshops taught exclusively at OHCE, add-on experiences like POW! and OHIS, and connections made at the industry’s largest Expo through our Hosted Buyer Program that you won’t find at any other industry event.”
“If you’re just starting out or scaling up, OHCE gives you access to the people and ideas that move our industry forward,” Basler added.
For those who have considered attending OHCE but have been limited by cost, the OHI Foundation is offering scholarships that cover the full cost of registration for the 2026 event, with applications due April 20, and selected recipients set to be notified the week of June 9.
