TechnoRV, Paragon Events Launch Premium GathrRing Rally Experience for RV Travelers

TechnoRV and Paragon Events announced the launch of The GathrRing Rally Experience, a new premium RV rally event scheduled for October 2026 that will feature two separate four-day programs designed for motorcoach travelers.

The rally will take place at Margaritaville Resort & Stomp Barn Ranch and will offer two sessions: Oct. 5-8 and Oct. 12-15. Each program will be limited to 60 coaches, with organizers aiming to create a smaller, community-focused event centered on education, entertainment, and social engagement.

“We wanted to create something beyond the traditional RV rally,” Randi Kilbourne, co-owner at TechnoRV, said in a press release. “The GathrRing Rally Experience is about bringing people together in a way that feels welcoming, easy, entertaining, and memorable from start to finish.”

The event will include four days and three nights of premium coach parking with full hookups and 50-amp power at every site. Rally coordination and onsite support staff will also be provided, along with daily meetups and social activities.

Scheduled meals and entertainment will include welcome and farewell breakfasts, a hosted lunch, a welcome reception featuring a live DJ and drink tickets, and a closing “Nomad Night: Pizza & Beats” celebration. Organizers also plan to host a Wild West-themed evening at Stomp Barn Ranch featuring a barbecue dinner, live music by the Jayc Harold cover band, dancing, and entertainment.

Educational programming will focus on RV ownership, safety, driving, towing, travel confidence, maintenance, upgrades, and other operational topics.

The rally will also feature four interactive group activities intended to encourage attendee engagement and networking.

A scavenger hunt with a $500 gas card grand prize and a “Why GathrRing” session explaining the event’s concept and vision are also planned as part of the program.

Attendees will have opportunities to participate in optional self-guided or pre-booked local excursions, including distillery tours, winery visits, horse farm experiences, and fishing outings.
