WYLDSTAY, a glamping company, announced the launch of its newest destination in Greenville, South Carolina. Opening this August, the new retreat is set on a 30-acre Highland cattle farm, offering a “tranquil getaway” for couples, friends, and families.
Nestled in the picturesque landscape, the retreat blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Guests will find themselves surrounded by friendly Highland cows, a spring-fed natural swimming pond, and lake views.
“The essence of this retreat lies in its perfect blend of rustic allure and contemporary comforts, set within a natural setting. Overlooking a scenic lake and graced by friendly Highland cows, guests will enjoy a unique farm-life experience. Engage with the gentle cows, partake in seasonal blueberry picking, and cherish each moment that promises to be a heartwarming and unforgettable encounter,” a press release indicated.
The first phase features 10 superior Bushtec Safari tents and two charming airstreams. Each tent is furnished with a queen-size bed, premium linens, and other comforts, ensuring a restful stay.
Private decks also offer a vantage point for sunrise or sunset, with comfortable seating to enjoy the lake views. Another highlight is the Boma enclosure, which provides a space to grill and relax with family and friends.
Shared bathroom facilities are housed in a remodeled barn, prioritizing privacy and hygiene. Additionally, guests are provided with plush towels and soaps.
Another aspect of the glamping site is sustainability. WYLDSTAY Greenville collaborates with local artisans to offer an experience rooted in local culture. Guests can enjoy artisanal baked goods, savory meats, cheese boards, kombucha, and locally brewed coffee with homemade syrups.
Reservations for the summer season began on August 1. The glamping retreat, as noted in a press release, welcomes guests looking for a romantic escape, adventurous outings with friends, or family holidays.
