At the 2024 RV Aftermarket Conference in Orlando, Florida, industry members were honored for their “commitment to excellence and growth in RV parts and accessories” during the RV Aftermarket Awards ceremony.
Hosted by Bob Brammer of Stromberg Carlson and John Hawkins of BAL, the awards ceremony gathered industry leaders to celebrate those who demonstrated commitment to the RV aftermarket segment. The event also showcased the resilience and creativity of the sector, with AP Products sponsoring the ceremony.
According to a News & Insights report of RVIA, Meyer Distributing earned the title of 2024 Distributor of the Year. Meyer surpassed fellow finalists Arrow Distributing and NTP-STAG.
Star Brite was also named the 2024 Supplier of the Year, outperforming competitors Blue Ox, Creative Products Group, and Genesis Products. Additionally, The Derema Group secured the 2024 Rep Group of the Year award, distinguishing itself from finalists Dealer Resources Group and Tom Manning and Associates.
In the product category, the PullRite OEX Series Hitch won the 2024 Product of the Year award, surpassing Genesis Products’ REVIVE Ceiling Kit and REVIVE Wallboard Kit. A Chairman’s Award, selected by Aftermarket Committee Chair John Tinghitella, was also presented to Bob Brammer of Stromberg Carlson.
RVIA expressed appreciation for its sponsors for their support. Taking place in Orlando, Florida, the annual Aftermarket Conference brings together suppliers and distributors for one-on-one “appointment sessions” to showcase new products and explore networking opportunities.
In addition to supplier and distributor meetings, attendees engaged with teams from RVIA, Go RVing, and the RV Technical Institute. These sessions offered updates on association programs and provided opportunities for members to offer feedback and learn how they can be more involved.
