The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) will offer a half-day leadership development course during the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, giving dealership professionals practical strategies aimed at improving operational consistency and addressing recurring performance challenges across dealership teams.
The session, titled “Operational Leadership: Turning Culture into Consistent Results,” will be presented by Dustin Kaehr, founder of the Think. Lead. Live. Group.
The course will be held in conjunction with the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo and requires an additional registration fee of $124. Gulf Stream Coach has supported the leadership program for more than a decade.
Attendance for the course is limited to 120 dealership professionals, with registration available through the convention website. RVDA is encouraging early registration because enrollment is capped.
According to RVDA, the workshop is designed for dealership professionals responsible for managing teams and improving organizational performance.
The session will examine why dealerships often experience inconsistent execution, uneven accountability and recurring operational issues despite established processes and performance expectations.
The course is intended for a broad range of dealership personnel, including owners, managers and front-line leaders. Participants will receive practical frameworks and strategies that can be applied to improve execution and strengthen team alignment.
By the conclusion of the workshop, attendees are expected to be able to assess their dealership’s culture using a structured framework, identify the underlying causes of recurring performance issues, distinguish between operational and relational breakdowns, apply targeted strategies to improve consistency and execution, and create a more accountable and higher-performing team environment.
“Strong leadership is one of the biggest factors in a dealership’s long-term success,” Phil Sarvari, president of Gulf Stream Coach, said. “We’re proud to support this course for the 11th consecutive year because it gives dealership professionals practical skills they can take back to their teams and put into action immediately.”
Kaehr previously served as director of leadership development within Lippert’s RV division, where he worked with leaders across multiple facilities. He also presented a leadership course during the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The Leadership Development Course is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, during the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas.
