The RV Industry Emerging Leaders Coalition is accepting applications from professionals across the RV sector seeking leadership development, networking and mentorship opportunities through the organization’s next cohort.
The coalition is open to individuals employed by suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, campgrounds, dealers, or companies that provide services to one or more segments of the RV industry, according to the association’s announcement.
Applicants from supplier and OEM companies must be members of the RV Industry Association (RVIA) by the start of the 2027 calendar year to be eligible for participation.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition is designed to help participants develop leadership skills and build professional connections within the RV industry.
Members gain access to leadership development opportunities intended to prepare them for expanded responsibilities within their organizations and the broader industry.
The program also offers networking opportunities through meetings and events that connect participants with industry leaders and peers.
In addition, coalition members receive mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunities to expand their knowledge of the RV sector.
According to the announcement, the coalition aims to support career growth by providing experiences that can help participants broaden their understanding of the industry and strengthen their professional development.
Applicants must meet all coalition requirements outlined in the application materials. The announcement’s details said eligibility standards and additional program details are available through the application process.
Applications, including the signed supervisor portion, must be submitted by June 30. Selected applicants will be notified of their acceptance in the fall.
