OHI and Storable Newbook will host the fourth annual Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit on Nov. 8 as part of OHCE 2026, continuing an event focused on providing campground and RV park operators with practical business strategies, technology insights, and industry trends.
Hosted by Storable Newbook and OHI, the summit has become a recurring feature of the annual conference, highlighting data-driven approaches and operational tools designed to help outdoor hospitality businesses strengthen operations and pursue growth opportunities.
According to the announcement, this year’s event will bring together industry leaders to examine trends, technologies, and strategies influencing the future of outdoor hospitality.
The program will include keynote presentations, case studies, and sessions focused on guest expectations, revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and the use of data and technology to support business performance.
“When we launched the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit four years ago, our goal was simple: create a space where park owners and operators could learn from industry leaders, share real experiences, and walk away with practical ideas they could implement immediately,” said Erin Stevenson, vice president of growth and client experience at Storable Newbook.
Stevenson said the event’s continued growth reflects the industry’s commitment to innovation and operational improvement.
“Seeing the Summit grow year after year is a testament to the passion, resilience, and innovation that exists within our industry. It’s incredibly exciting to be part of an event that continues to inspire operators to think bigger about what’s possible,” Stevenson said.
Organizers said attendees can expect real-world examples and practical insights aimed at helping operators improve business performance and respond to evolving guest expectations.
The summit will also provide opportunities for operators to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and gain perspectives that can be applied within their own businesses.
According to a press release, OHI President and CEO Paul Bambei said the event has become one of the most anticipated components of OHCE.
“The Innovators Summit has grown into one of the most anticipated sessions at OHCE, and it’s easy to see why,” Bambei said. “Our partnership with Storable Newbook continues to bring operators the kind of real-world insight and practical takeaways they can put to work immediately.”
Bambei said organizers remain enthusiastic about the event’s value to both members and the broader outdoor hospitality sector.
“Four years in, we’re more energized than ever about what this Summit delivers for our members and the industry,” he said.
The Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit is open exclusively to OHCE 2026 attendees. Participation is free with conference registration, but attendees must register in advance to reserve a seat. Organizers said space is limited and encouraged early registration.
