The Requity Group (TRG) recently announced its acquisition of Carolina Rose Campground in Salisbury, North Carolina.
The family-friendly campground close to I-85 and I-40 offers amenities ranging from swimming, fishing, paddle boats, mini-golf, and more. There is also a petting zoo at the property. The campground has 81 RV sites and eight cabins and is up for expansion under new ownership.
The project was obtained off-market as a JV acquisition, as per TRG’s founder and CEO Dylan Marma.
“We have been putting a lot of work into our operations and strategy and are excited to see what this project becomes over the next five years as well as on a larger scale to see the impact our brand will make in the RV campground space,” Marma said in a LinkedIn post.
Marma also shared that the company is working on more projects that will be seeding the launch of its third fund in April.
“Carolina Rose Campground is now under new ownership. So during this transition, please [bear] with us,” the campground’s Facebook post reads.
The Requity Group (TRG), is a vertically integrated real estate private equity company. TRG sources and operates large manufactured home communities as well as RV and cabin campgrounds.
