Tabor City Jellystone Park to Open New Canteen, Camp Store

Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts in Tabor City (North Carolina) has new additions to its range of facilities and amenities, with a new canteen and camp store being stocked up and opening soon.

“We’re getting closer to being able to get the new Campfire Canteen stocked and running for our guests this year,” the Jellystone park wrote In a Linked In update.

The Campfire Canteen will serve as a snack bar and activity hub, as per the park formerly known as Daddy Joes. After some hiking and swimming, campers can take snack breaks and munch on pretzels, nachos, candies, popcorn, and more.

The Jellystone park also shared a photo of its new camp store, which seems to be nestled near the water. The new facility dubbed “Ranger Station” will be opening in early April to serve guests.

Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts in Tabor City offers over 170 RV sites with concrete pads. There are other accommodation options such as cabins and yurts. Tent sites await traditional campers who prefer to rough it.

Campers are offered tons of activity options with the North Carolina campground’s amenities. These include a heated indoor pool, basketball and volleyball courts, a bike track, hiking trails, and nine stocked fishing ponds.
