NJCOA Calls For Sponsors As Fall Tour 2022 Approaches

The New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA) will hold its Annual Fall Tour and Meeting on September 28, Wednesday, calling every visitor and local for another joyful day touring the state’s campgrounds.

A newsletter from NJCOA is also presenting sponsorship opportunities for companies interested in participating and getting exposure from the event, like having its special listing in the program and on-site publicity.

Companies interested in sponsoring the event can spend $500 to become a Fall Tour General Sponsor, $300 to be a Dinner Sponsor, $200 to be a Lunch Sponsor, and $100 to be a Breakfast Sponsor.

They also need to complete NJCOA’s sponsorship form and send it to the association’s office with their preferred sponsorship selection. The deadline for submissions of the form is on September 16.

The event can also give its participants the chance to network with the state’s campground owners. Interested attendees can find the program flow and reservation form here.

According to the NJCOA website, this year’s fall tour is the association’s way to welcome campers for the season after a booming summer. Many campgrounds and RV parks will offer various activities, including classic car shows, wine weekends, 50s music weekends, Halloween events, hayrides, and even a Survivor weekend.

Many campgrounds in New Jersey will also offer low rates during the season, as well as special offers for mid-week stays and monthly weekend stays with storage.

The association also considers this year’s camping season the busiest it has experienced in seven years.

NJCOA President Anita Pfefferkorn, who owns Indian Rock RV Park & Campground, said in a local report that most campers, staying for extended periods, use the state’s campgrounds as a home base for day trips, marking the 2022 season the busiest she’s seen in the last seven years.

“I’m so happy to see camping have such a resurgence in recent years,” she said.

New Jersey has a variety of privately-owned campgrounds, state park campgrounds, and more, with many site options each with unique amenities.
