New Jersey Campground Owners Association Releases 2026 Camping Guide

The New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA) has released its 2026 camping and vacation guide, offering a comprehensive directory of more than 90 campgrounds and RV parks across the state, along with information tied to two major upcoming events.

The free guide is available in both print and digital formats, providing travelers with a centralized resource for planning camping trips throughout New Jersey. Visitors can request a mailed copy through the association’s website or access a digital version online.

According to NJCOA Executive Director Joann DelVescio, the guide extends beyond campground listings by incorporating content related to America’s 250th anniversary and the FIFA World Cup 2026.

“Readers can research the guide for campgrounds and RV parks and find editorial and resources for what’s happening around the state as we commemorate the signing of the Declaration of Independence and host playoff matches and the final of the World Cup here in New Jersey and in nearby Philadelphia,” DelVescio said.

The inclusion of these events positions the guide as both a travel planning tool and a reference for broader tourism activity expected in the region. New Jersey and nearby Philadelphia are set to play roles in the World Cup, while the anniversary marks a significant national milestone.

The publication includes detailed profiles of participating campgrounds and RV parks, outlining amenities, site types, and camping rates. The listings are intended to help travelers compare options and make informed decisions when planning trips.

“There are over 90 New Jersey-based campground and RV parks listed in the guide, with a lot of descriptive detail on what they have to offer in terms of amenities, site types, camping rates, and more,” DelVescio said.

The guide also serves as a portable resource for travelers already on the road, offering accessible information during trips.

“It’s a great tool for trip planning as well as having in the RV when you’re on the road,” DelVescio said.

NJCOA, established in 1963 and headquartered in Marmora, represents independently operated campgrounds across New Jersey. The association continues to publish the annual guide as part of its efforts to promote camping and support campground operators statewide.
