Go RVing continues to be a thought leader in marketing and consumer awareness, introducing millions of Americans to the freedom of RV travel and building a desire and passion for the adventures that await.
As part of this mission, the Go RVing team will be presenting a workshop and a study during the RV Dealers Convention on November 8 that will provide insight into the consumer journey during the RV purchase process.
The study looks at RV owners, intenders, and abandonments, as well as examines the decision-making process for each group, as per the News & Insights report of the RV Industry Association (RVIA).
It also explores the mindset of each group that led to an additional RV purchase, such as an upgrade, different RV types, a first-time purchase for new RVers, or an abandonment postponement of an RV purchase.
The Go RVing Path To Purchase study will be released to members by the RVIA later this year.
Attendees of the session will come away with recommendations on places where the purchase process and overall experience can be improved to bring more people into the RV life.
