In November, finance specialist Jamison Carrier will deliver a pair of workshops designed to help dealers get the most out of their F&I departments during the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The first workshop, “Evaluating your F&I Department: From Compliance to Performance,” will tackle RV F&I processes and analyze every aspect for dealers. This session scheduled for November 9 at 10:00 a.m. is designed to help dealers understand the numbers from their F&I departments and compare them with industry leaders.
During this specific workshop, attendees will learn to identify a healthy F&I department, ensure their dealership is compliant, and position their dealership for consistent growth.
On November 10 at 9:00 a.m., Carrier will host a session titled “Leading your F&I Team,” where he will give an overview of the F&I process. According to a press release, this workshop may be helpful for dealers whose backgrounds are geared more toward sales or service.
To examine how dealers can better understand if they are truly getting the most out of their F&I departments, attendees of this workshop will learn to create a finance process that works, identify clearly defined metrics, develop a scoreboard they can read at-a-glance, and execute fair and motivational compensation plans.
The RV Dealers Convention/Expo will take place November 7-11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
