Powersport vehicle remarketing service provider National Powersports Auctions (NPA) has announced the creation of two new positions to enhance their service to RV and Marine clients.
The company has appointed Shannon Bennett as the RV+Marine sales and admin coordinator in Florida. In Georgia, Tom Wilkinson, an employee since 2005, is now the production supervisor for RV+Marine and Specialty Product.
Bennett, an outdoor enthusiast with a background in the automotive and trailer industries, brings over a decade of experience in financial institutions and banks. She has participated in various adventurous activities such as jet skiing and skydiving and recalls captaining a 28-foot Bayliner named “Nauti Girl” on Lake Erie. Bennett believes her sales and logistics background equips her to coordinate complex operations seamlessly and aims to significantly impact the powersports field.
In her new role, Bennett will utilize her skills and experience to contribute to the growth and expansion of NPA’s RV+Marine division.
Matt Amata, vice president of RV and Marine at NPA, expressed enthusiasm about Bennett’s addition to the team. “Increasing the RV+Marine staff will allow us to serve our lenders, OEMs, and dealers better. I’m thrilled to have Shannon helping with the logistics and communications. She’s a great addition to the team,” Amata told PowerSports Business.
Wilkinson, now in his new role as production supervisor for RV+Marine and Specialty Product, will play a crucial part in NPA’s data collection and processing.
He has prior experience as a pre-delivery inspector and service writer and has refined NPA’s Condition Reports to cater to the unique attributes of both RVs and boats. Wilkinson commented, “I am looking forward to being a part of the team that is working so hard to build the RV+Marine division and a program that becomes the new industry standard.”
The expansion of the RV+Marine team at NPA is aimed at better serving their clients and improving overall operations within the division. The company believes that the addition of Bennett and Wilkinson will enhance their ability to provide exceptional service and meet the needs of their clients more effectively.
NPA’s decision to expand its team comes at a time when the RV and Marine industries are experiencing significant growth. The increased demand for recreational vehicles and boats has created a need for more efficient operations and better service. By expanding its team, NPA is positioning itself to meet this demand and support the industry’s growth.
The expansion of the RV+Marine team at NPA reflects the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. By adding experienced professionals like Bennett and Wilkinson, NPA aims to enhance its services and support the growth of the RV and Marine industries.
NPA’s efforts to improve its operations and expand its team demonstrate its dedication to providing exceptional service to its clients. As the RV industry continues to grow, NPA’s expanded team will be well-positioned to meet the increasing demands and support the industry’s development.
