National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) has unveiled the finalists for its 2023 Awards of Excellence.
This annual accolade celebrates the “best of the best” in the outdoor hospitality industry, shining a spotlight on those who have consistently raised the bar with their innovative and forward-thinking practices.
The Awards of Excellence are peer-reviewed and judged, ensuring that only the most deserving receive recognition. This year’s finalists are no exception, with each one being a treasure in the industry, constantly pushing boundaries and setting new standards.
The grand reveal of the winners is set to take place at a special Awards of Excellence Luncheon. The event is scheduled for noon CST on Wednesday, November 8, in Kansas City, MO.
The OHCE 2023 luncheon promises to be a highlight, offering a chance to celebrate and draw inspiration from industry peers.
Among the finalists for the Park of the Year in the Small Park category are Aces High RV Park located in East Lyme, CT, Broad River Campground in Mooresboro, NC, and the picturesque Carmel by the River RV Park in Carmel, CA.
The Medium Park category finalists include Jellystone Park™ Cranberry Acres in Carver, MA, Jellystone Park Kozy Rest in Harrisville, PA, Jellystone Park™ Williamsport, MD, Papoose Pond Campground in Waterford, ME, and Sun Resorts and Residences Ocean Breeze Jensen Beach in Jensen Beach, FL.
The Large Park category features gems like Camp Fimfo Waco in Waco, TX, Camp Margaritaville RV Resort & Cabana Cabins Auburndale, Jellystone Park™ Columbus North in Mt. Gilead, OH, Jellystone Park™ Golden Valley in Bostic, NC, and Jellystone Park™ Larkspur in Larkspur, CO.
The Mega Park category includes Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Breaux Bridge in Henderson, LA, and Sun Outdoors Frontier Town in Berlin, MD, and more.
The Plan-It Green Friendly Park of the Year award also has its share of notable finalists. In the Small/Medium Park category, Aspen Grove RV Park in Tremonton, UT, and BEYONDER Getaway Rising Sun in Rising Sun, IN, have made the cut.
The Large/Mega Park category sees names like Evergreen Campsites and Resort in Wild Rose, WI, Golden Village Palms RV Resort in Hemet, CA, among others.
Supplier of the Year finalists include Campspot, Firefly Reservations, Newbook, RMS North America, and Wild Energy, showcasing the diverse range of businesses that play a crucial role in the industry.
