Community Management Group (CMG Parks) has announced the acquisition of Copper Court RV Park in Anaconda, Montana, for $4.5 million.
As per a release, this strategic move marks the latest addition to CMG Parks’ growing portfolio, which now boasts over 23 parks in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and California.
Nestled between the renowned Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park, Copper Court RV Park is a recreational vehicle park that offers a variety of facilities and amenities. The park features 98 RV sites, four cabins for travelers and tourists to enjoy, and proximity to numerous nearby attractions, making it an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts and adventurers alike.
