Responding to valuable feedback from attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors, the organizers of the annual Campground Owners Expo (COE) organizers announced important changes to the event schedule for 2023. These modifications aim to enhance the experience for all participants and ensure that their time at the expo feels well spent.
In previous years, the expo was held at the end of the week. In 2021, it took place on Thursday and Friday, and in 2022, it was moved to Friday and Saturday. However, in 2023, the expo is set to occur on the front end of the event, specifically on Wednesday and Thursday.
This decision was made considering the needs of campground owners who often need to return to their parks on weekends and exhibitors who value their home time with their families.
The expo’s organizers have given a brief overview of the new schedule. The event will kick off on Tuesday, November 28, with a dedicated setup day for exhibitors and early check-in for campground owners.
The main event days, Wednesday, November 29, and Thursday, November 30, will feature a combination of educational seminars, expo hall time, and networking opportunities.
The event’s conclusion will take place on Saturday, December 2, with a half-day of educational seminars followed by a wrap-up session.
COE 2023, set to take place in Branson, Missouri, between November 29 and December 2, is already open for registration.
In its previous edition, the expo attracted over 600 attendees, including owners and managers from nearly 200 campgrounds across 28 states and over 100 exhibitors nationwide. The organizers are expecting an even larger turnout this year.
For campground owners, the $200 registration fee allows them to bring up to five people from their family or work crew, offering a perfect opportunity for a fun getaway before the holidays or a team-building event.
Exhibitors seeking to showcase their products and services to campground owners from a diverse range of states should not miss this opportunity. With new vendors already registering for 2023, the COE remains a premier industry event.
The early bird deadline for exhibitor registration is July 1, 2023, after which booth prices will increase. Sponsorship opportunities at various levels are also available for additional business exposure.
