ARVC’s OHCE 2023 Planned for Kansas in November

Kansas City is set to be the stage for two remarkable event this year, as the NFL Draft and the Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE2023) organized by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (National ARVC) both make their way to the “Heart of America” this year. 

The NFL Draft, a highly anticipated annual event, will take place from today through Saturday (April 29), while preparations for OHCE2023 are in full swing, with early registration already open.

Paul Bambei, president and CEO of National ARVC, expressed his excitement for the selection of Kansas City as the host city for these prestigious events, highlighting its unique and vibrant atmosphere. 

“Kansas City is a unique and exciting town, so it’s no wonder both the NFL and ARVC selected it for our premier annual events,” Bambei said in a press release.

He believes that OHCE2023 will provide a perfect blend of entertainment, networking, and educational opportunities that industry professionals eagerly anticipate each year.

Attendees will have the chance to immerse themselves in the rich cultural fabric of Kansas City, known for its iconic jazz scene, basketball legacy, renowned barbeque, and captivating history. Moreover, the city’s walkable downtown area adds convenience and charm to the experience.

OHCE2023, spanning four days from November 6 to 9, 2023, is geared to offer an extensive program, featuring over 30 engaging educational seminars, keynotes, and workshops. 

The industry’s largest expo will showcase the latest innovations, while “Takeaway Tours” will enable participants to explore local campgrounds and gain valuable insights. The conference will also host the highly anticipated Awards of Excellence program, recognizing outstanding achievements in the field.

An exciting addition to this year’s show is the reintroduction of the Hosted Buyer Program, a unique opportunity for decision makers in the campground industry.
