Heartland RV has unveiled its latest addition to the Corterra lineup, the Corterra 3.7 fifth wheel. Launched at the end of 2023, this model is designed to offer a blend of comfort and functionality, making it a standout choice for large families and couples alike.
The Corterra 3.7, measuring 41 feet 10½ inches in length and offering 390 square feet of interior space, is the largest model in the Corterra series. It can accommodate up to eight guests with distinct living areas, including a mid-bunk room, a loft, a main bedroom suite, and a rear kitchen. This spacious layout ensures ample personal space for everyone.
A defining feature of the Corterra 3.7 is its expansive tinted window in the front cap, providing panoramic views from the main bedroom, according to a press release.
“When Corterra debuted at Tampa last winter, it made a huge impression thanks to its beautiful design, inside and out,” said Trent Brickner, product manager for Heartland RV.
“The 3.7 is the largest Corterra model yet, with plenty of room for even large families to spend quality time together comfortably while giving each member personal space.”.
The rear kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, featuring a full suite of high-end appliances. Anchored by a 16 cubic foot glass-front fridge, the kitchen includes a large, stainless steel single-basin sink, a wine and coffee bar with dedicated storage, and a generously sized pantry.
The dinette area offers additional hidden storage, and dimmable strip lights throughout the coach create the perfect ambiance for any meal.
In the living area, guests can relax on two theater-style loveseats with recliners or a trifold sofa that converts to a bed. These seating options face a smart TV above an electric fireplace, creating a cozy space for movie or game nights.
The mid-bunk room includes prep for a second TV and a fold-out sofa, making it a versatile den or second private bedroom. Above the bunk room, a loft provides an additional private sleeping area.
The main bedroom suite is a haven of comfort, featuring a king-sized bed, two wardrobe closets, twelve storage drawers, and a built-in pull-out laundry hamper. Each side of the bed has 110V outlets for powering devices or CPAP machines.
The private bathroom entrance includes a cabinet prepped for a washer and dryer, and the bathroom itself is designed with a backlit mirror and glass shower, combining high-end aesthetics with practical storage solutions.
Every Corterra model is equipped with the standard SŌL 190 solar package, which includes a 190-watt solar panel, roof-docking port, 30-amp charge controller, pre-wired inverter fuse kit, and up to eight solar-compatible outlets. Heartland’s proprietary wiring hub, The Vault, simplifies maintenance and upgrades with its streamlined design and color-coded wires.
The Corterra 3.7 also features an upgraded tow box for smoother towing, auto-leveling with hitch memory, a universal docking station, and standard Goodyear tires with a tire-pressure monitoring system.
The heated and enclosed underbelly protects pipes and tanks from road debris and cold weather, while the new TRIO Airflow A/C units offer efficient and quiet climate control.
