The Illinois Campground Association (ICA) has announced its leadership team for 2025, appointing Jaimie Rogers of Mendota Hills Campground as president.
The decision was confirmed during the association’s annual meeting in December 2024, where new directors were also introduced to fill vacant positions.
Joining Rogers on the board are Vice President Kate Tuxhorn of Country Bend Campgrounds, Secretary Jeff Bladdick of I-55 RV Park, Treasurer Nanette Gillan of Green River Oaks Camping Resort, and Member Liaison Randy Greenman II of Double J Campground.
BJ Davis of Rustic Acres Jellystone ParkTM will serve as past president, according to a report in an article by Amboy News.
As the ICA looks ahead to the coming year, the association remains focused on increasing its membership and strengthening industry engagement.
Two new campgrounds have joined ICA’s network: Crystal Lake RV Park in Rock Falls, which offers large-RV-friendly sites and year-round availability, and Evening Star Camping Resort in Topeka, which features a range of accommodations and amenities.
The association is also approaching the one-year mark since partnering with Don Bennett Jr. and his team to manage its daily operations.
According to Bennett, the focus remains on ensuring that ICA provides tangible value to its members through engagement, advocacy, and expanded benefits.
“Our goal has been to maintain value in the association and increase our membership through our member engagement, marketing outreach, advocacy activities, and expanding member benefits and services,” Bennett said.
“This association has a very active and hardworking board of directors that is doing a great service for the outdoor hospitality industry in Illinois.”
