Outdoor Hospitality Convention to Focus on Marketing, Pricing, and AI Strategies in Orlando

The Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo will celebrate its 60th anniversary during its 2026 event, scheduled for April 28 to May 1 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida, bringing together RV park, campground, and glamping professionals for education, networking, and supplier engagement.

The milestone event will include a 60th Anniversary Celebration Social designed to convene industry stakeholders for networking and recognition of the sector’s development and partnerships over six decades.

According to the event’s announcement, the multi-day convention will feature suppliers alongside a program focused on operational improvement, cost management, and business growth strategies for park owners, operators, managers, staff, and investors.

The expo will conclude May 1 with a full-day program centered on its largest trade show to date. Programming will begin with a Breakfast Cracker-Barrel General Session from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., focused on operational efficiency and marketing strategies.

The session will address methods to increase occupancy and profitability, along with a discussion comparing transient and extended-stay business models. Presenters and vendors will participate in an open question-and-answer segment.

The expo floor will open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with more than 90 exhibitors showcasing products and services across indoor and outdoor displays.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet vendors, compare solutions, and place orders. Lunch will be served on the trade show floor from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to maintain attendee access to exhibitors throughout the midday period.

Afternoon programming, scheduled from 2:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., will include breakout sessions tailored to different operational needs. One session will focus on entering the outdoor hospitality sector, covering site evaluation, land planning, financing, design, and construction considerations.

Another will address pricing strategies, including the use of dynamic pricing and artificial intelligence tools.

The event will conclude with a Closing Session titled “Ask Me Anything,” designed as an open forum for owners and operators to clarify key takeaways, exchange insights, and finalize action plans. The convention’s 60th anniversary celebration will end with refreshments and prize giveaways.
