Florida & Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Conference Set to Gather Industry Leaders in Orlando

The Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo is set to take place from May 6 to May 9, at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida.

Organized by the Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association, this annual gathering is expected to attract campground owners, operators, and suppliers from across the Southeast, offering a platform for education, networking, and business growth.

The conference aims to provide participants with actionable insights to improve operations and profitability. The agenda includes seminars focused on key areas such as cost-saving strategies, marketing trends, and staff development.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders while exploring practical tools and ideas to enhance their businesses.

One of the major attractions of the event is the Supplier Expo, which will feature the latest products and services relevant to the RV park and campground sector. The expo is designed to connect attendees with vendors offering solutions tailored to their unique needs. From technology advancements to operational tools, the showcase is expected to help campground operators stay updated on industry innovations.

In addition to education and product exploration, the conference provides networking opportunities. Attendees will have the chance to engage with peers, share experiences, and discuss industry challenges.

This year’s conference also coincides with a new initiative led by the association’s partnership with Hospitality Connections, a nationwide collaboration between state associations. The partnership is aimed at increasing group “buying power” for members, ultimately providing better discounts and benefits to participants.

One of the highlights of the new partnership is the expanded range of discounts available to members. The association has secured exclusive savings on music and movie licenses from organizations such as ASCAP, SESAC, Global Music Rights, Swank, and MPLC. These licenses help campgrounds provide entertainment options for guests while ensuring compliance with copyright laws.

Additional member benefits include discounts from U.S. Foods, Suburban Propane, and Constant Contact, among others. According to the association, these perks are designed to help members reduce operational costs and improve overall profitability.

A key component of the new benefits package is the music licensing discount program, which allows campgrounds to obtain necessary licenses at reduced rates. The enrollment period for this program is currently open and will remain available until January 24.
