The annual event will be held from February 28 to March 2 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal, .

The main reason was the nice weather and the ability to move outside for socializing and networking,” said Owners & Lodging Association (NJCOA) Executive Director Joann DelVescio in a release. DelVescio said that the annualwill welcome owners and managers from all over the to attend the informative and exciting event.
According to the release, the three-daywill feature nine educational seminars, networking opportunities, and a variety of industry-specific exhibitors at the on Tuesday, March 1.
The schedule has been finalized and the conference committee is thrilled at the line-up of speakers for the 9 educational sessions. DelVescio was excited to secure the HR Lady, Wendy Sellers, as a speaker on Monday afternoon to talk about Attracting & Retaining Employees in 2022.
Sellers is a consultant, advisor, educator, author, and disruptor with over 25 years of experience in HR operations, downsizing, change management, strategy, corporate culture, coaching, supervisor & manager training, and leadership development in all-size businesses in a wide variety of industries.
