Harvest Hosts, a membership platform offering recreational vehicle (RV) enthusiasts access to one-of-a-kind overnight camping experiences, has teamed up with Jayco, a leading manufacturer of towable and motorized RVs.
As per a press release, the collaboration is set to introduce the Harvest Hosts Adventure Ready program, providing RVers with fully-equipped and compliant camping vehicle options to park overnight at all Harvest Hosts locations.
In a pioneering move, Jayco has declared that all its 2024 RV models will be part of the Harvest Hosts Adventure Ready program.
This revolutionary initiative aims to streamline the process of finding unique stays and experiences for RV enthusiasts while supporting small businesses across North America.
To qualify for parking at Harvest Hosts locations, camping vehicles must adhere to strict guidelines, including being fully self-contained. This means vehicles should have an interior toilet and built-in holding tanks or bladders for wastewater disposal.
A wide variety of RV types are allowed, such as motorhomes, fifth-wheel trailers, travel trailers, toy haulers, camper vans, truck campers, and schoolies, as long as they meet the self-contained requirements.
Host locations, which include wineries, farms, and museums, primarily serve as small businesses and do not offer the amenities typically found at campgrounds, such as electricity, water, or sewer hookups.
Bill Zhang, CMO at Harvest Hosts, shared the company’s enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Our mission at Harvest Hosts is to connect RVers with unique experiences and stays, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for our Members. We are thrilled to launch Harvest Hosts Adventure Ready RVs in partnership with Jayco and look forward to expanding this program with additional manufacturers in the future.”
RVers can now enjoy the assurance of compliance with the Harvest Hosts guidelines through Jayco’s 2024 RV models. These models, under the Jay Flight®, Jay Feather®, White Hawk®, Eagle®, Seismic®, North Point®, Pinnacle®, Redhawk®, Greyhawk®, Melbourne®, Seneca®, Alante®, Precept®, Swift®, Terrain®, Solstice®, and Embark® brand names, guarantee that their camping vehicles are fully self-contained and ready for a stay at any of Harvest Hosts’ 8,000+ locations nationwide.
Trey Miller, Jayco’s VP of Marketing, emphasized the importance of this partnership for RV enthusiasts, saying, “RVers want the capability to boondock and explore places outside of traditional campgrounds. The Harvest Hosts Adventure Ready program allows them to do just that. Knowing our 2024 lineup is fully self-contained and offers off-grid standards and options such as solar and lithium packages, our customers can confidently hit the road knowing they will be ready for an adventure with thousands more amazing places to park overnight.”
Harvest Hosts plans to expand the Adventure Ready Program by collaborating with other leading RV manufacturers as part of their long-term vision. This move is expected to inspire more RV owners to embark on unique and memorable journeys while supporting small businesses throughout North America.
