Since 2019, Dave & Matt Vans has been building and selling Class B RVs from its location in Gypsum, Colorado. The company has grown from a two-friend operation building camper vans in a single-car garage to a certified RV manufacturer that supports nearly 40 full-time employees and has over 500 vehicles on the road across the United States.
The new Rifle campus features two warehouses, one for manufacturing and another for customer service. The move is supported by a new computer numerical control (CNC) machine, which will improve the company’s efficiency, product quality, and customer offerings.
By internalizing the entire production process in a single facility, Dave & Matt Vans is able to offer its Lifestyle Vehicles directly to its customers, eliminating the need for dealerships and reducing product price increases. The company also offers nationwide shipping on all its Lifestyle Vehicles.

In 2023, Dave & Matt Vans remains compliant with the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) standards, ensuring that its Lifestyle Vehicles adhere to a range of national safety standards and qualify for RV-specific financing and insurance.
