Rudderow Law Group to Tackle Park Rules, Removals & Evictions at CampCalNOW Summit

This April, CampCalNOW will be hosting its 2022 Summit in Roseville, California, where vendors and park members can form connections, have fun, and enrich their knowledge.

As part of a wide array of educational sessions during the conference, Rudderow Law Group’s Chris Chapman will be conducting a session on Park Rules and Best Practices & Removals and Evictions.

“In this ever-evolving world, sometimes things change faster than we can keep up with them. Protections we have in place and our understanding of current regulations become outdated, and we don’t always realize it until it’s too late,” CampCalNOW noted in a member email sent yesterday.

In discussing Park Rules and Best Practices, Chapman will dive into the importance of up-to-date park rules and cite some examples that may be beneficial to some park owners.

The Removals and Evictions portion will explain the difference between removing an occupant versus evicting a tenant or resident. The process will also be explained in-depth during the discussion, and tips to help encourage an occupant to leave a park voluntarily to avoid any removal procedure will also be given during the session.

Other informative sessions will talk about dealing with fires, glamping, electric vehicles, and more.

CampCalNOW’s The Summit Tradeshow & Convention will be held from April 5 to 6 at Roseville, California’s @the Grounds event center.
