CampCalNOW members considering dipping their toes into the glamping scene but are unsure where to start are met with an opportunity as California’s RV park and campground alliance is introducing a new glamping program.
In a continuous effort to provide members with the tools, resources, and programs needed to be successful while promoting the growth and development of the outdoor hospitality industry, the association has partnered with Glamping Hub to offer a risk-free entry into the glamping business.
In a member email, CampCalNOW announced that the partnership with the glamping company came as “many parks are eager to take advantage of this influx of new consumers (glampers)” but are faced with the burden of financial and time-consuming uncertainties that they may not be prepared for.
“If you have been considering adding glamping to your park, now is the time!” the association declared.
The process begins with an evaluation of the property’s potential. Glamping Hub will then customize a plan for the participating park. Upon approval, the company will provide glamping tents and other glamping equipment to be set up on the property.
When it comes to bookings, Glamping Hub will manage those for the sites and send to owners their share of the monthly revenue—all during the initial period stated in the contract. After that, park owners can opt to stay with Glamping Hub or manage the bookings independently or as part of their existing reservation systems.
