Northwest Arkansas is set to welcome a new outdoor destination as Campfire Ranch Little Sugar prepares to open its inaugural adventure lodge in Bella Vista. The Colorado-based outdoor hospitality brand aims to launch in Spring 2025, offering a unique accommodation experience in the region.
The project will revitalize the historic property, formerly the Inn at Bella Vista, at 101 Chelsea Road. Blue Crane, the property’s landowner, is collaborating with Campfire Ranch on this development.
In an article published by NWA Daily, Katrin Meiusi, director of marketing for Campfire Ranch Little Sugar, expressed excitement about the project and its alignment with the community’s vision.

At Little Sugar, every amenity is designed to enhance access to recreation in the Northwest Arkansas region. Guests can enjoy private rooms and communal spaces, creating an ideal balance between comfort and social interaction.
The facility also features an Adventure Concierge service that connects visitors to various local activities, such as mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. By taking care of the little details, Little Sugar ensures that guests can focus on making the most of their stay and embracing the great outdoors.
Campfire Ranch Little Sugar offers eight individually bookable rooms, each equipped with an attached bathroom for guests’ convenience. For those seeking a more private experience, the entire space can also be rented out for special occasions, corporate retreats, or intimate gatherings with friends and family.
The communal areas, including a pool, fire pit, outdoor cooking space, and indoor lounge with bar and dining facilities, encourage guests to relax and socialize after a day of adventure. Daily breakfast includes grab-and-go options on weekdays and made-to-order meals on weekends.
