Colliers‘ Parks team has recently facilitated the sale of Rivers Edge Park, a five-star holiday home park located in Ingleton, on behalf of UK Leisure Resorts.
The luxury park, which features a bar and restaurant, has been purchased by UK Leisure Parks for an undisclosed sum, according to a report by Craven Herald & Pioneer.
Spanning 29.8 acres, Rivers Edge Park offers a total of 190 pitches, with 174 designated for vacation use and 16 for residential purposes. The park is conveniently situated on Bentham Road and is well-known for its prime riverside location, making it an attractive destination for visitors.
The sale comes as part of a strategic restructuring by Leisure Resorts, which aims to concentrate on expanding its holiday lettings business. The company already operates several locations in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and other areas throughout North Yorkshire.
UK Leisure Parks, a family-run enterprise with a growing portfolio of gated communities and leisure caravan parks across Lancashire, Cheshire, and Yorkshire, has now added Rivers Edge to its expanding list of properties.
The acquisition aligns with the company’s growth aspirations and commitment to offering modern, well-equipped holiday homes in desirable locations.
“The park is well established in the region, benefiting from a consistent and excellent trading performance year-round. Its prime riverside location, within a 90-minute drive from some of the UK’s most stunning national parks, is undoubtedly a key factor in its projected growth,” said Colliers’s UK Parks Agency Head Richard Moss regarding the transaction.

The Rivers Edge sale follows Leisure Resorts’ recent sale of Lakesway Holiday Home and Lodge Park in the Lake District to Pure Leisure Group, another transaction facilitated by the Parks team at Colliers.
