Norfolk Businesses Compete for Top Honors in East of England Tourism Awards 2025

Three Norfolk businesses are vying for the New Tourism Business of the Year title at the East of England Tourism Awards 2025. Deer’s Glade Caravan & Camping Park, The Grove Glamping, and Searles Leisure Resort have been recognized for their contributions to the region’s dynamic tourism sector. 

The winners will be announced on March 6 at Norwich Castle, with an opportunity to advance to the national VisitEngland Awards for Excellence in June.

According to an article published by Eastern Daily Press on January 25, more than 20 businesses and attractions from Norfolk have been named finalists in the East of England Tourism Awards 2025

Among the finalists is Wild With Nature, recognized for its contributions to ethical and sustainable tourism. 

Watatunga Wildlife Reserve and Love Norwich Food are among the finalists vying for the Experience of the Year award. The Visitor Attraction of the Year category also includes prominent names such as BeWILDerwood and Holkham

Norfolk’s accommodations also stand out, with Dairy Barns B&B and Belle Vue Guest House competing for the B&B and Guest House of the Year title.

Hotels are another strong category for Norfolk, with The Maids Head Hotel, The Harper Hotel, and Titchwell Manor Hotel shortlisted for Hotel of the Year.

Pubs also shine, with The Pigs, The Langham Blue Bell, The Suffield Arms, and Dukes Head Somerleyton nominated for Pub of the Year. These establishments highlight Norfolk’s thriving pub scene, blending tradition with innovation to create inviting spaces for both locals and visitors.

Self-catering accommodations are not overlooked, as North Cottage Cromer and East Ruston Cottages make the list.

Yalm Foodhall in Norwich is a contender for the Taste of England Award, highlighting the city’s rich culinary scene.

The Unsung Hero of the Year Award also recognizes individuals making significant contributions behind the scenes. Finalists include Fran Hartshorne of The White Horse, Brancaster, and Ian Russell of Wroxham Barns.
