The Council of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley (Ontario, Canada) announced that Byers Park Management has entered into a lease agreement for Bellamy Park Campground’s operation.
As per a report, the lease agreement for the campground is in effect for the next fifteen years. Blaine Healey Park will continue to be operated by the township.
Byers Park Management representatives Jay and Linda Byers are experienced seasonal operators and have already begun preparations for the 2022 season.
The township and Byers Park’s management are working together through the transition period to assist campers with their seasonal reservations.
“This is an exciting new chapter in the history of Bellamy Park Campground, both for the campers and for the Township. Given the experience and track record that the Byers brings to the table, I know we can all look forward to seeing the park’s true potential take shape in the coming years,” Mayor Burrow said.
