He said he was looking forward to working at another great Australian organization after stints at plumbing supplies giant Reece Group and Jayco in a 25-year management career.

“I’m grateful to be associated with a company that serves the recreational vehicle industry, something that’s been a foundation of my career for the last 17 years at Jayco,” Bugejo said.

“I’m also excited to be venturing into new spaces such as power electronics that provide greater exposure to a more varied range of customers.”

BMPro CEO Louise Bayliss said strengthening the company’s leadership team is another milestone for the brand’s growth.

“I am delighted to welcome someone of Alex’s caliber and industry experience that will provide us with the leadership and rigor required to guide us towards achieving our strategic priorities, domestically and internationally,” she said.

BMPro said it has more than 150,000 of its systems installed across various power management, control, and monitoring systems in both Australian and overseas vehicles, including well-known caravan brands Jayco, New Age, Concept, and Coronet.
