The Campground Owners Expo will return to Branson, Missouri, Dec. 2-5, 2026.
The event, owned by Severson & Associates, will take place at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. The pricing changes are designed to support small and independent parks, reflect the value attendees receive and establish a sustainable model for future improvements.
The expo was established to provide campground owners with networking opportunities, industry-specific education and access to suppliers, while creating meeting space for state campground associations. Its stated objectives include helping existing associations grow, supporting the formation of associations in states without one and providing benefits to participating parks.
Lori Severson, owner of Severson & Associates, and Bud Styer of Bud Styer Associates, Camping for the Fun of It, lead the event. The organizers bring a combined 50 years of experience in the campground industry, campground associations and trade shows, according to the expo’s materials.
The event is designed to connect campground owners with peers and suppliers while offering educational programming and opportunities to learn from established industry professionals.
The expo’s business focus includes helping owners improve campground profitability, avoid costly mistakes and identify products and services relevant to their operations.
The 2026 event also will include opportunities for campground owners to meet with representatives of their state associations.
Branson will host the event during the Christmas season, with organizers highlighting the destination’s seasonal attractions and backstage production tours as part of the attendee experience.
“In these trying times we would like to give you the information and knowledge we have acquired for campgrounds around the USA. Whether you already have a State Association and need help growing it, or you don’t yet have an association in your State, participate in the COE and network with other campground owners who want to take their business to the next level!” the event’s announcement states.
