The Campground Owners of New York (CONY) will hold its 2026 Fall Conference and Annual Meeting Sept. 28 in Lake George, New York, followed by the Northeast Campground Association (NCA) Great Escape Sept. 29-30, bringing campground owners and industry partners together for educational sessions, networking and campground tours.
The three-day event will take place at the Fort William Henry Hotel, with the NCA Great Escape continuing at Lake George Escape Campground and seven additional campgrounds.
The conference registration cost starts at $250, while the Great Escape is priced at $99 per person.
The Sept. 28 conference agenda includes educational sessions, networking opportunities and a plenary panel focused on industry trends. The day will conclude with CONY’s Annual Dinner & Awards Program, which will recognize its 2026 Best Of winners.
The NCA Great Escape will welcome campground owners from across the Northeast and include tours of eight campgrounds, offering attendees an opportunity to view different campground operations and camping styles across New York.
The conference is scheduled during the camping season and is positioned as an opportunity for campground owners and operators to focus on end-of-season operations, Columbus Day weekend and planning for 2027.
The Sept. 28 schedule also includes CONY’s annual silent auction. Organizers are seeking donations of items, services and experiences for the auction and said proceeds support scholarships, education programs and advocacy work.
The awards dinner and auction are included with the conference. The Great Escape will begin Sept. 29 and run through Sept. 30.
