Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association Highlights Legal Hotline, Membership Benefits

The Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association (FRVCA) is promoting its membership benefits, highlighting access to an exclusive legal hotline designed to help campground and RV park owners address operational and compliance issues in Alabama and Florida.

In a LinkedIn post, the association said members receive direct access to an expert legal team that can assist with day-to-day business matters as well as more complex legal and regulatory questions. The association said the service is intended to help operators navigate campground and RV park management while allowing them to focus on serving guests.

“Membership includes access to a legal hotline, giving campground and RV park owners reliable support when navigating day-to-day operations or compliance challenges,” the association said in the post. “Invest in your park’s peace of mind and success.”

Beyond legal support, FRVCA said its membership includes legislative and regulatory advocacy programs at the state and national levels aimed at protecting the interests of private RV parks and campgrounds.

The association also offers marketing and promotional services, including complimentary listings in the CampFlorida and CampInAlabama printed directories and websites.

Additional member services include publicity and public relations opportunities through the association’s media relations department, access to legal resources and documents, and guidance from full-time office staff and experienced park operators.

Members also receive discounts through business partnerships and supplier alliances, according to the association.

The association said it provides professional development through its annual conference, regional meetings and other networking events. Members receive monthly newsletters, legal updates, industry news and other informational resources intended to help park operators stay informed about developments affecting their businesses.

FRVCA was established in 1966 as the Florida Campground Association Inc. and serves more than 450 members. The association describes itself as the only state organization dedicated exclusively to representing the interests of private RV parks and campgrounds in Florida and Alabama.
