RV Women’s Alliance Launches 2026 Summer Discussion Series

The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) has announced its 2026 Summer Discussion Series, a three-part webinar program designed to address healthcare advocacy, personal well-being and leadership development for women working in the RV industry.

The free series will feature monthly online discussions from June through August, with each session led by a subject-matter expert.

According to RVWA, the program is intended to help participants develop skills related to self-advocacy, staying grounded and building professional influence.

“Our mission at RVWA is – first and foremost – to elevate and educate our members. Discussions like the ones we’ll have this summer are invaluable to elevating every aspect of attendees’ lives as they’ll learn the skills to step into their innate power in an ever-changing industry,” RVWA President Susan Carpenter said in a press release.

Carpenter added that the organization is committed to providing opportunities for members to learn and connect with one another. “We are always so thrilled to provide a free space to come learn and be in community with each other while learning something new!” she said.

The first webinar, “Navigating Healthcare As Your Own Advocate: A Guide For Busy Women,” is scheduled for June 17 at noon EST. The session will be led by Tiffany Kuo, MPH, NYT-500, who has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, integrative wellness and digital health transformation.

According to RVWA, Kuo has worked with organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, CancerLinQ and Health Union, where she led initiatives aimed at improving care across more than 100 healthcare organizations and reaching millions of patients.

The session will cover appointment preparation, patient-provider communication, shared decision-making, lifestyle medicine practices and stress-management techniques.

The second webinar, “Soul Reset: Staying Grounded Through Purpose, Presence, and Practice,” will take place July 15 at noon EST. The discussion will feature Jil Littlejohn Bostick, TEDx speaker, author and vice president of corporate responsibility and inclusion and executive director of the foundation at Winnebago Industries.

RVWA said the session will focus on grounding practices, purpose-driven reflection, intentional habits and community learning. Participants will also receive guidance on creating a personalized “Soul Toolkit.”

The final webinar, “Owning Your Seat At The Table,” is scheduled for Aug. 19 at noon EST and will be presented by Dr. Rachel Lindvall, senior inclusion business partner at Winnebago Industries.

RVWA said registration is open for one or more sessions. The organization represents more than 3,300 members across more than 570 companies and focuses on education, mentorship and professional development for women in the RV industry.
