AEONrv has launched a new AI-powered ownership platform designed to provide real-time, vehicle-specific support and connectivity for its customers, marking an expansion of its technology beyond the vehicle itself.
The AEONrv App, built on the Grover platform, delivers 24/7 technical assistance, trip planning tools, and a private owner network, addressing what the company describes as a gap in post-sale engagement between manufacturers and RV owners.
“The relationship shouldn’t end when a customer drives off the lot. That’s when it actually begins,” said Jim Ritchie, CEO of AEONrv.
“Owners told us they want faster answers, personalized to their exact build, and a way to connect with others who truly understand off-grid travel. This platform delivers both, instantly,” Ritchie added.
The app replaces reliance on traditional owner’s manuals and dealer-based support by allowing users to ask questions in plain language and receive step-by-step responses tailored to their specific vehicle configuration.
Functions include interpreting error codes, calculating off-grid runtime, and guiding users through maintenance tasks such as winterization.
If an issue requires further assistance, the platform escalates the request to AEONrv’s service team in Reno, Nevada, transferring the full conversation to maintain continuity.
In addition to technical support, the app introduces a shared “Trophy Map,” where verified owners can upload and access off-grid locations, routes, and campsites. Recommendations are tailored based on each vehicle’s specifications, including size, clearance, and off-grid capacity.
Access to the network is limited to verified AEONrv owners, which the company said is intended to improve the quality of shared information compared to public forums.
The platform also incorporates a referral system that allows owners to invite new customers. Referred buyers receive a $2,000 discount on a vehicle purchase, while referring owners receive $1,000 in credit or cash upon final payment.
The app builds on the company’s broader product strategy, which includes electric cabin RVs constructed with fiberglass-reinforced panels and powered by solar and lithium systems.
The AEONrv App is available immediately at no cost to current owners on iOS and Android devices.
