Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo to Mark 60th Anniversary With 2026 Event in Orlando

The 2026 Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo will take place April 28 through May 1 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, bringing together RV park and campground operators, staff and suppliers for a four-day program centered on industry education, networking and supplier engagement.

The 2026 event marks the convention’s 60th anniversary, with an expanded schedule designed to highlight new operational tools, emerging industry strategies and additional opportunities for business networking among outdoor hospitality professionals.

The multi-day program will feature sessions addressing topics affecting campground and RV park operations, including artificial intelligence, dynamic pricing strategies, guest communication practices, online travel agency strategies, legal question-and-answer discussions, tax considerations and preparing parks for sale or refinancing.

The educational content is intended to provide owner-operators and managers with practical strategies that can be applied directly to campground and RV park businesses. The sessions will focus on operational improvements, cost management, marketing and staff training.

A Supplier Expo scheduled during the event will also include vendors showcasing products and services used in the outdoor hospitality sector. Exhibits are expected to include park models, cabins and glamping units, along with other equipment and operational services relevant to campground and RV park businesses.

The convention is open to RV park and campground owners, operators, managers, staff members and industry suppliers. The event aims to facilitate connections between park operators and vendors while allowing attendees to explore solutions that may support park operations and guest services.

Networking events will be scheduled throughout the convention, including a Welcome Reception, an Expo Reception and a 60th Anniversary Celebration marking the milestone year for the event.

The venue, Rosen Shingle Creek, is located on Universal Boulevard east of the Orange County Convention Center expansion area and about 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The resort hosts large-scale meetings and conferences and offers full-service hotel amenities for attendees during the event.
