Streamside Parks Expands to 16 States With Acquisition of Seven RV Resorts

Streamside Parks has acquired seven premium RV resorts for $97 million, expanding its portfolio into five additional states and adding 1,562 RV sites to its national platform.

The Nashville-based company said the transaction supports its strategy of portfolio optimization and long-term enterprise value growth amid increasing institutional interest in the outdoor hospitality sector.

The acquisition expands Streamside’s geographic footprint and increases its total holdings to 37 RV resorts and campgrounds across 16 states.

The newly acquired properties are Verde River RV Resort & Cottages in Camp Verde, Arizona; Indian Waters RV Resort in Indio, California; Fayetteville RV Resort and Cottages in Wade, North Carolina; Raleigh Oaks RV Resort and Cottages in Four Oaks, North Carolina; Twin Grove RV Resort & Cottages in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania; Americamps RV Resort & Cottages in Ashland, Virginia; and North Landing Beach RV Resort & Cottages in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

With the addition of the seven resorts, Streamside now operates more than 4,200 RV sites nationwide.

Founded in 2023, Streamside has expanded rapidly within the outdoor hospitality sector, positioning itself as a growing owner-operator of RV resorts and campgrounds.

According to an article published by Pulse 2.0 on February 23, John Cascarano, CEO of Streamside Parks, described the transaction as a significant step in the company’s growth strategy.

“This acquisition represents a pivotal milestone for Streamside. We’ve expanded into high-quality markets, strengthened our operational platform, and accelerated our strategy of building a scaled, institutional-quality RV resort portfolio across the United States,” Cascarano said.

The acquisition aligns with its broader strategy of scaling a national RV resort platform as institutional capital continues to target outdoor hospitality assets.

“Our RV parks are conveniently located right off major highways, so you can pull in with ease and get settled without the hassle. We’ve got something for every member of the family, from play areas for the kids to pet-friendly spaces for your furry companions,” Streamside Parks’ website indicates.
