Winnebago Industries has recognized 109 dealer locations with the 2024 Flying W Dealer Excellence Award. This accolade, established in 2019, celebrates dealerships that have demonstrated exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction over the past year.
The winners were selected based on customer feedback collected after the purchase of a Winnebago recreational vehicle.
According to a press release, Chris West, president of Winnebago, expressed the company’s appreciation for the honorees. “These dealerships offer an outstanding customer experience, guiding you seamlessly from the initial shopping journey to the final purchase and beyond,” West stated.
The Flying W Award is split into two categories: motorized and towable, reflecting Winnebago’s diverse product offerings. The motorized category includes vehicles like motorhomes, while the towables category focuses on trailers and other towable RVs.
Dealerships across the United States and Canada have been honored. From Great Alaskan Holidays in Anchorage, Alaska, to Voyager RV Centre in Winfield, British Columbia, the winners reflect the brand’s strong presence across North America.
Among the winners in the motorized category are Bankston Motor Homes in Huntsville, Alabama, and Almaden RV Service & Repairs in San Jose, California. Other motorized dealers include Fraserway RV in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and Conejo Wholesale Auto & RV – Thousand Oaks in California.
Similarly, the towables category features standout dealerships like Carefree RV in Edmonton, Alberta, and Lazydays RV in Seffner, Florida. Other winners include Arbutus RV & Marine Sales in Sidney, British Columbia; Giant RV in Downey, California; and General RV Center in Wixom, Michigan.
Winnebago has been part of the American outdoor experience since pioneering the recreational vehicle (RV) category in 1958. Known for its innovation and quality, the brand offers a comprehensive range of towable travel trailers and motorhomes, catering to diverse needs from compact camper vans to luxury Class A diesel pushers.
In addition to the Winnebago brand, the company operates under four other brands: Grand Design, Chris-Craft, Newmar, and Barletta.
