Roam America Unveils Roam Echo Island in Utah

Roam America has launched its latest outdoor destination, Roam Echo Island, situated near Echo Reservoir in northeastern Utah.

The 40-acre property combines modern amenities with the natural beauty of Utah’s landscape, providing a range of accommodations for RV campers, glampers, and traditional campers. The newly renovated site offers an outdoor experience designed for travelers seeking adventure and relaxation.

According to an article published by Travel and Tour World on September 26, Roam Echo Island features two cabins, nine glamping tents, eight tent camping spots, and 157 paved RV sites, all equipped with 30/50 amp hookups.

The accommodations cater to both short-term stays and extended visits, with options ranging from basic tent sites to RV spots. The cabins, complete with bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes, and the glamping tents, offering queen-sized beds and workspaces, are aimed at providing a blend of comfort and outdoor living.

One of the highlights of Roam Echo Island is its extensive adventure offerings. Guests can explore the “Roam Above” treetop ropes course, complete with ziplines that offer views of the surrounding landscape. Designed to challenge guests of all ages, this course is complemented by the “Hawk’s Nest Trampoline Net,” suspended 30 feet above the ground.

In addition to the adventure course, Roam Echo Island caters to sports enthusiasts with two courts that can be used for pickleball and basketball. For those looking for relaxation, the property features two heated pools and hot tubs.

Roam Echo Island provides several amenities designed to enhance the camping experience. These include renovated bathhouses, laundry facilities, and WiFi. Pet-friendly options, such as RV sites with fenced patios, add to the site’s appeal for travelers with pets.

The site’s location offers visitors access to outdoor activities beyond the property itself. Echo State Park, located nearby, provides additional hiking and water activities.

Roam America’s Vice President Scott McGee noted that the property is designed to accommodate various traveler preferences, from those seeking a base for daytime exploration to guests looking for a tranquil retreat.

“At Roam America we are making outdoor adventuring accessible for all types of travelers, empowering them to explore and experience the beauty of nature in their own unique way,” McGee explained.

Further enhancing the guest experience, Roam Echo Island offers movie nights at its outdoor amphitheater, as well as two pavilions for group gatherings and events. Guests can also visit the on-site general store and clubhouse for supplies, souvenirs, and essential items, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.
